Dr Humphreys completed his residency at Michigan State University - Detroit Medical Center in 2014. He subsequently completed an Advanced Rhinology & Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery Fellowship at Stanford University. In 2015 he joined the Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA. He is currently an Associate Professor, Medical Director of Otolaryngology at UWMC- Montlake Campus, Chief of Rhinology & Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery and Director of the Advanced Rhinology & Neurorhinology Fellowship. He serves on several national committees in the both the American Rhinologic Society and American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery.

Dr. Christopher Kieliszak (“Dr. K”) specializes in Facial Plastic Surgery. He is an expert in surgical and nonsurgical procedures of the Face, Neck and Hair. He is an expert of facial artistry and rejuvenation. He is known for his compassionate approach and delivers exceptional aesthetic care.

With years of specialized training and a commitment to staying at the forefront of advancements in the field, Dr. K strives to achieve results that harmonize with your unique features and aspirations.

Dr. Kieliszak is a Board Certified surgeon and has exclusively focused his surgical craft on the face and neck. Dr. K brings a wealth of training experience from across the country, including Ohio, Northern California, and New York State.

Dr. Kieliszak completed dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics from the University of Rochester, followed by medical school training In Long Island, NY, at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency surgical training in Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery at the OhioHealth system in Columbus Ohio. From there he went on to complete fellowship training in the prestigious American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship program in Silicon Valley, California under the mentorship of L&P Aesthetics. He also completed an executive MBA degree while working full time as a physician.

Originally from Rochester, NY, Dr. Kieliszak enjoys exploring the outdoors, participating in festivals, triathlons, and deep-sea fishing. He is a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan. He also finds joy in reading, self-improvement, astrology, Latin dancing, international travel, hot yoga, and spending time with his beloved Border Collie dog Daisy.
