Seilesh Babu MD

Dr. Babu attended the combined undergraduate and medical school curriculum at the University of Akron and Northeastern Universities College of Medicine. He completed his otolaryngology residency at the Henry Ford Health System. Following residency, he completed the accredited fellowship in ear and skull base surgery at the Michigan Ear Institute. Dr. Babu is currently the President and senior partner at the Michigan Ear Institute and has a joint appointment as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at Wayne State University School of Medicine as well as the Oakland University/William Beaumont Medical School. He also serves as Program Director for Henry Ford-Warren Hospital Otolaryngology Residency Program. Dr. Babu is a board member of the Michigan Otolaryngology Society and served as Past President. He is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS), the American Neurotology Society (ANS), and the prestigious Triological Otolaryngology Society after having his research thesis accepted. He has been nominated over the years to serve on numerous national committees, including the AAO-HNS Otology/Neurotology Education Committee, the AAO-HNS Hearing Committee, the AAO-HNS Equilibrium Committee, as well as the Otosclerosis study group. Dr. Babu has been the principal investigator for numerous clinical studies, including those involving acoustic neuroma tumors, Meniere’s disease, hearing loss, otosclerosis, cochlear implants, implantable hearing devices, and other topics. He has authored over 140 peer-reviewed journal articles, over 20 book chapters, and is the co-editor of 3 Otology and Neurotology textbooks. He serves as a journal reviewer for several prestigious journals, including Otology & Neurotology and Laryngoscope. He serves on the board of Otology and Neurotology. He is an invited lecturer on various otology and skull base topics around the world and collaborates with the medical industry on surgical design of instruments and devices, serving in an advisory role as well as considered a key opinion leader.

AUSTIN BACH DO

Dr. Austin Bach is a board-certified ophthalmologist, who practices in multiple locations in South Florida. He has performed hundreds of strabismus surgeries for both adults and children and has a large repertoire of other subspecialty surgeries. Dr. Bach also has one of the busiest emergency and trauma ophthalmology practices in the entire country. Dr. Bach graduated from Yeshiva University with a BA in Biology. Dr. Bach continued to graduate school at Tufts University in Boston where he graduated with a Master's in Public Health and a focus in Health Services Management and Policy. He then moved down to South Florida where he attended Nova Southeastern University for his degree in Osteopathic Medicine. He then continued on to his internship and ophthalmology residency at Larkin Community Hospital. He continued his postgraduate training at the world-famous Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus where he also practiced as a clinical instructor. Dr. Bach is the program director of the HCA Bayonet Point Ophthalmology residency program, an Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida, and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He lives in Miami with his four children, Tzvi, Hadassa, Shmuel, and Yitzchak.

Dr. Brinkley was born in Shreveport, LA and raised in Carthage, TX. He received a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Rice University in 2004, followed by a medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 2009. He then completed a transitional year internship at Houston Methodist Hospital before going to the University of Iowa for ophthalmology residency and neuro-ophthalmology fellowship. Since 2019, he has served as Assistant Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology and Clinical Assistant Professor for the Departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery at LSU Health Shreveport. He also serves as Associate Program Director for the ophthalmology residency program and Director of Career Advising for the School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society.

Dr. Davis was raised in Central California. He completed his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He received his medical degree from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he graduated with honors and was elected Sigma Sigma Phi. He then completed a Residency in Ophthalmology through Touro University in Las Vegas, Nevada, followed by a two year Fellowship in Retinal and Vitreous Diseases and Surgery at the University of Rochester in New York. Dr. Davis is now an owner of Retina Associates of Missouri, P.C. where he cares for the retina needs of mid-Missouri. He has served as a Clinical Instructor in Ophthalmology at the University of Rochester in New York, as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Touro University in Nevada, and as an eye care specialist for underprivileged children through the Eye Care 4 Kids organization. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Retinal Specialists, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Fariha Farid DO

Dr. Farid received her medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois. She completed her internship and residency in Otolaryngology at Ohio University-Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine-Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Following residency, Dr. Farid completed a fellowship in rhinology and advanced endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery at Georgia Nasal Sinus Institute with Dr. Frederick Kuhn in Savannah, Georgia. She currently practices at the Polyclinic in Seattle. She provides otolaryngology services to children and adults. Her practice focus is in rhinology and providing patients with advanced medical and surgical treatment for sinonasal disorders. This includes culture directed therapy, primary sinus surgery, revision sinus surgery, and in office procedures.

Tyler Goff MD

Tyler C. Goff, M.D. is a fellowship-trained cornea and external disease specialist currently practicing at Gulf South Eye Associates in Metairie, Louisiana. Dr. Goff earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude in Biological Sciences from Clemson University, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and the Calhoun Honors College. He went on to complete medical school magna cum laude at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville, where he served as founding president of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society chapter. He began his postgraduate training with a transitional year at Spartanburg Regional Health System, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Wake Forest School of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Goff then completed a fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at Eye Consultants of Atlanta under the mentorship of some of the nation’s most respected cornea specialists. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, ASCRS, and the Cornea Society. His research, which focuses on corneal transplantation, clinical outcomes, and anterior segment disease, has been presented nationally on multiple occasions at ASCRS. Outside of clinical work, Dr. Goff enjoys running, cycling, and spending time outdoors with his wife and their three young sons.

Andrew Huang MD

Andrew T. Huang, MD FACS is a board certified otolaryngologist - head and neck surgeon specializing in microvascular free tissue transfer reconstruction, microsurgery, and sleep surgery alternatives to PAP therapy. After graduating from the Honors Program in Medicine at the University of Miami, Florida, he then completed his Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery residency training at Virginia Commonwealth University before participating in a three-year head and neck surgery and reconstruction fellowship at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Huang has devoted his clinical practice to the reconstructive needs of patients with cancer or trauma-related issues of the head and neck, as well as to the management of patients with obstructive sleep apnea struggling with positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy. Areas of expertise include microvascular free tissue transfer reconstruction of complex head and neck deformities, Mohs defect reconstruction, lymphedema supermicrosurgical therapies, facial nerve reanimation, and the full spectrum of sleep surgical procedures. Trained in the utilization of new technologies such as CAD/CAM techniques, near-infrared fluorescence imaging in vascular and lymphatic reconstructions, and Inspire (upper airway stimulation) therapy, Dr. Huang brings a wealth of experience to all of his patients. With over 45 peer-reviewed publications and numerous national and international presentations given, Dr. Huang’s research has focused on functional outcomes following free tissue transfer reconstruction, improvement in head and neck lymphedema therapies, and development of novel reconstructive modalities and technologies.

Neal Jackson MD

Dr. Neal Jackson is a Pediatric and Adult Neurotologist in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Jackson provides specialized services for patients with a wide variety of ear disorders. These include surgical and non-surgical options for ear, facial nerve, and skull base disorders. Dr. Jackson is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and has additional subspecialty certification in Pediatric and Adult Neurotology. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas and completed his residency training at the Louisiana State University in New Orleans. He then completed a 2-year Fellowship in Neurotology, Otology, and Skull Base Surgery. He performs a wide range of ear surgeries for hearing loss, chronic ear infections, tumors of the ear and skull base, and more. He is the Chief of Neurotology at Tulane University. Practice locations are at East Jefferson General Hospital and Manning Family Children's.
