The following terms of service and end user license agreement (“EULA”) constitute an agreement between you and AOCOO-HNS (“CREATOR”). This EULA governs your use of Software and Services (as specified below). 

UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AOCOO-HNS Payments App IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS,” WITH ALL FAULTS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WITHOUT PERFORMANCE ASSURANCES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, AND YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE CREATOR BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM POSSESSION, ACCESS, USE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE SURVIVE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION AND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURIES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FROM ANY CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE SOFTWARE.

CREATOR reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this EULA by posting the updated EULA on the game website. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the game.

This EULA will be governed by the laws of Finland without reference to its choice of law rules.

AOCOO-HNS Payment App Terms of Service ("Terms")

These Terms were last modified on December 19, 2018.

Please read these Terms of Service completely before using AOCOO-HNS Payments App (the “App”) which is owned and operated by AOCOO-HNS. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the App.

By using or accessing the App in any way, viewing or browsing the App, or adding your own content to the App, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

The App and all of its original content are the sole property of AOCOO-HNS and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Termination

AOCOO-HNS reserves the right to terminate your access to the App, without any advance notice.

The App contains links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by AOCOO-HNS. AOCOO-HNS. has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on our site.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, United States.

Changes to This Agreement

AOCOO-HNS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the App. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the App after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
