Foundation Patient Services Grant Program
The Patient Services Grant (PSG) program provides financial support to help ophthalmology and otolaryngology patients without adequate insurance coverage to ensure that they receive the care they need. The grant is applied for by a sponsoring physician on behalf of the patient, and aid is given based on certain insurance and financial criteria.
